A sea cave in the rocky coast of the Luštica peninsula near the mouth of the Bay of Kotor, where sunlight entering from under the water turns it a glowing blue, one of the loveliest natural sights on the Montenegrin coast. It can only be reached by boat, with trips from Herceg Novi, Kotor, Tivat and Budva, usually combined with Our Lady of the Rocks and other spots in the bay. Small boats go inside on calm days, and sometimes stop by the entrance so visitors can swim in the clear blue water. The colours are best around midday, with the sun high in the sky. Trip prices vary with the boat, the length of the tour and where you leave from. Trips stop when the sea is rough, so choose a calm summer day.
