A dinosaur theme park in Changzhou, open since September 2000 and nicknamed «the Eastern Jurassic Park», mixing rides with science and especially suited to families and children. At its heart is a dinosaur museum of some twenty thousand square metres with more than ten halls, showing a nearly complete skeleton of the feathered Sinosauropteryx, which changed how scientists see the origin of birds, along with large fossils such as Brachiosaurus and Hadrosaurus. Around the museum are dinosaur-themed rides, including roller coasters and water rides, wide green gardens, and a yearly lantern festival. The day ticket costs CNY 230, and the park is open from 9 am to 9 pm, with afternoon entry from 4 pm, per visitor guides.

Yes, it has gentle rides for little ones alongside the roller coasters, and the museum holds children's attention well; avoid national holidays, when queues are long.
Halal choices are few inside the park, so bring snacks; Changzhou city has restaurants run by Hui Muslims under the halal sign.
