A working tropical fruit farm in the Desaru countryside that opens its orchards to visitors on guided tours, and one of the area's favourite family stops. Here you can see fruit you may only know from the market hanging on the trees where it grows. The guided tour winds through orchards of fruiting trees, a herb and vegetable garden, a fish pond, a small agricultural gallery and a honey corner, where the guide explains beekeeping and offers a taste, then a small petting zoo with rabbits, goats and turkeys that children love. Some packages add a box of seasonal fruit or lunch. The basic tour starts from about forty ringgit per adult, and pricier packages include lunch or an ATV ride on the dirt tracks. It opens daily from the morning until about six in the evening; booking ahead on its website is recommended, especially at holidays. Come in the morning before the midday heat, and bring insect repellent and comfortable shoes. It is about a quarter of an hour's drive from Desaru Beach, so combine it with the beach or the waterpark in one day.
