Duoliang Station is a former railway station in Duoliang Village, Taimali Township, Taitung County, southeast Taiwan, about 34 km southwest of Taitung city in a straight line. It has become one of the area's best-known sights, with its platform turned into an observation deck over the tracks and the Pacific coast. The station opened in October 1992 and closed on 1 October 2006 because of low passenger numbers. The local government gave the old station building a small renovation and enlarged the deck above the tracks, and since February 2021 it has charged visitors a small entrance fee used for cleaning. The station sits on a slope above the sea, with the railway running beneath it along the edge of the coast between green mountains and clear blue ocean. From the deck visitors watch trains pass along the shore, with the beach and white surf stretching to the horizon. Visitors stand on the deck photographing the tracks and the sea, and many wait for a train to complete the shot. The station sits on Provincial Highway 9, which runs along the coast, so it is an easy stop on a drive down the southeast coast.
