A large saltwater crocodile farm at Siburan south of Kuching, with a small zoo of Borneo animals and birds as well. It is one of the most exciting places around Kuching for children, who see huge crocodiles up close in their pools. The highlight is the two feeding times, at eleven in the morning and three in the afternoon, when chunks of meat are hung above the water and the crocodiles leap to snatch them in a breathtaking scene, each show lasting about half an hour. The farm opens daily from nine to five, and entry is about twenty to twenty-five ringgit per adult, less for children. Time your arrival before one of the feedings, the main reason to come. It is mostly exposed, so bring a hat and water, and keep children behind the barriers at all times.

Feedings are at eleven and three, so arrive half an hour early for a good spot at the barrier. Outside those times the crocodiles are mostly still.
