Kepirohi is a wide waterfall in eastern Pohnpei in Micronesia. White water slides down a sloping face of dark basalt like a curtain into a broad brown pool, with thick forest on every side. The falls are about 20 m high and about 30 m wide. Below the pool the water runs on as a small river between rocks toward the coast. The falls sit close to the circle road around the island and near the ruins of Nan Madol, so many people visit both on the same day. A short, tidy path leads from the parking area to the falls, part of it a railed walkway along the river bank. You stand in front of the water spreading over the rock, with spray and greenery around you. The waterfall is about 16 km in a straight line southeast of Kolonia and about 4 km west of Nan Madol. The landowners collect a small fee. A local guide reports that the pool water is polluted, so do not swim, and the rocks are slippery after rain.
