A theme park, water park and hot springs set among green limestone hills north-east of Ipoh, opened in 2004 and run by the Sunway Group. The setting is what sets it apart: rides and pools among towering rocks and tropical forest, so you really do feel you are in a lost valley. There is a water park with a wave pool, lazy river and slides, an amusement park for children and adults, a small zoo where children can touch friendly animals and watch tigers, and natural hot springs with a spa. In the evening the night park opens, with the hot springs lit up among the rocks. The official walk-in ticket for non-Malaysians is about one hundred and sixty ringgit per adult and one hundred and forty per child for the day park, and about one hundred and thirty per adult for the night park. It opens from about eleven in the morning on weekdays and ten at weekends and holidays, the night park from six to eleven in the evening, and it closes on Tuesdays except during school and public holidays. Allow a full day, or half a day plus the evening, and bring swimwear and a towel. Buying online in advance is sometimes cheaper than at the gate.

The day park is for pools, rides and animals; the night park is for the lit hot springs in cooler air. With children choose the day park; to relax, the night park suits better and costs less.
