A large fountain park in central Lima with more than a dozen different fountains lit in colour at night, counted among the most visited places in Peru and one of the largest fountain complexes in the world. Each fountain has its own shape: one shoots water dozens of metres into the air, another is a tunnel of water arches you walk under without getting wet, and the «labyrinth» fountain spouts and vanishes without warning so children play in it and come out soaked and laughing, alongside fountains shaped like flowers and arches. The highlight is the night show on the main fountain, with images and colours projected onto a curtain of water to music and lasers, repeated three times each evening. Arrive a little before sunset to see the park by day and then by night. It is ideal for families and children, and the price is token. Bring spare clothes if the little ones want to play in the fountains. It gets crowded at weekends.
