Yes, and it is probably the strongest cultural thing in the town. Marbella is a beach and marina destination with few cultural options, and this museum is free, serious and quiet. If you are spending days on the coast it is the best break from sun and crowds.
It sits west of Marbella in a residential area and needs a car, a local bus or a taxi; it is not walking distance from the old town. Check the hours before setting out, as they are limited and the trip is wasted if you arrive to find it closed.

An art museum in Marbella showing contemporary Latin American art alongside European surrealist work, run by a private non-profit foundation. This is the last thing a visitor to Marbella expects. The town is known for beaches, marinas, yachts and seafront restaurants rather than for serious art, and finding a collection of this standard here is a genuine surprise. The collection includes work by Salvador Dalí, Joan Miró and other known names, alongside Latin American artists less familiar in Europe who are in fact the heart of the museum. Entry is entirely free — the Ralli foundation's policy at its museums worldwide — and no booking is needed. The building is quiet and carefully designed, with gardens and sculpture outside, and it is rarely crowded, so you look at serious work in complete calm minutes from one of Spain's noisiest coastlines.
