Racing history.
The Brazilian Motorsport Museum in Passo Fundo, Rio Grande do Sul, grew out of the racing-car collection of businessman Paulo Afonso Trevisan and is one of the leading collections on motor racing history in Brazil. It holds trophies, medals and many racing cars across categories: traditional carreteras, Formula cars, karts, Stock Cars, rally cars, touring cars and prototypes. Some were driven by major Brazilian drivers such as Emerson Fittipaldi, Rubens Barrichello, Clóvis Morais and Pedro Muffato. Many of the cars still run and can often be seen at the Guaporé circuit. Beyond the vehicles, the museum keeps more than a hundred thousand photographs, along with films, letters, reports, interviews and documents on the history of motorsport in the country.
