The Luigi Pinzetta Museum is a private museum in the village of Santo Antônio do Trinta, also known as Povoado Pinzetta, in rural Casca, Rio Grande do Sul, in the region of Italian settlement about an hour from Passo Fundo. It opened on 17 November 2002 and has become one of the area's tourism highlights. The idea was born at a family gathering on 30 April 2000, when sixteen men of the Pinzetta family decided to raise donations and build a place for the family's historic belongings, putting it up with their own hands as a volunteer community effort. The museum bears the name of the immigrant ancestor Luigi Pinzetta. It displays more than five hundred original nineteenth-century pieces of furniture and tools from the Pinzetta family and other immigrant families of the community and region, each recorded with its donor and date. It welcomes school groups and cyclists touring the roads of the Italian countryside in the south. Contact them in advance to arrange a visit.
