Arena Corinthians, officially the Neo Química Arena for sponsorship reasons, is a football-only stadium in the Itaquera district of eastern São Paulo and the home of SC Corinthians, one of Brazil's best-supported clubs. It seats about 48,905 and opened in May 2014. It hosted six matches at the 2014 World Cup, including the opening game and the third-place play-off, staged the first NFL American football game in Brazil, and is due to host ten matches of the 2027 Women's World Cup. It stands out for its long glass façade and giant outdoor screen. The atmosphere peaks on match days with Corinthians' famously passionate fans, and visitors can reach it easily by metro to the neighbouring Corinthians-Itaquera station. On non-match days the club runs stadium tours that take in the stands, dressing rooms and pitchside.
