Parque Vaca Brava, officially Parque Sulivan Silvestre, is a city park in Setor Bueno: 79,800 m² around a 14,000 m² lake, with a small wood of native trees and a 1,100-metre walking track used by hundreds of people every day. Its fountain is one of its attractions, and it hosts gatherings and live shows. The popular name recalls the farm that once stood here: the marshy ground of the Vaca Brava (Wild Cow) stream kept bogging down the half-wild cattle. The park was finished in 1996 after the stream was channelled, and its official name honours the environmentalist Sulivan Silvestre, who led Brazil's Indigenous affairs agency and died in 1999. Shops, restaurants and the Goiânia Shopping mall surround it.

From the stream of that name, whose marshy ground bogged down half-wild cattle; it means 'wild cow'.
