A large flower park in the Cipanas highlands near Puncak, one of the biggest in Indonesia, divided into gardens themed on different countries: Japanese, French and Balinese gardens, a rose garden, a cactus garden, a water garden and a large green maze children love. The park has a lookout tower over the colourful beds and mountains, a small train that tours visitors between the sections, huge figures made of flowers, and a glasshouse of tropical plants. The flowers change with the seasons, so the colours differ from visit to visit. Entry is roughly fifty thousand rupiah, possibly different for foreigners and on holidays, with the small train and activities extra. The air is pleasantly cool at this altitude. Come on a weekday morning and allow two to three hours. It is close to Cibodas Botanical Garden, so the two can share a day, and the drive there crosses the tea plantations of Puncak Pass.
