Thermas dos Laranjais is a water park in Olímpia, São Paulo state, ranked in 2023 as the most visited water park in the Americas and the second in the world, with more than two million visitors a year. It is built around the natural thermal waters that have made Olímpia a major tourist destination. The park covers more than 260,000 square metres, holds up to some twenty thousand visitors a day and has more than sixty attractions: water slide complexes, a surf track, warm relaxation pools, a lazy river with rapids, children's play areas and two artificial beaches. It has earned high ratings from TripAdvisor users, climbing to fifth place among the world's best water parks in 2017, and it was the first Brazilian water park to join the United Nations Global Compact. Arrive early, buy tickets in advance and avoid long holiday weekends, when it is very crowded.
