Through the Toyota Europe website only โ the schedule is announced in advance for a handful of days and booking opens for them, and places go quickly because capacity is limited. There are no fixed weekly hours and no entry without booking. If you are in Cologne for a few days, the chance of your visit coinciding with an opening day is low โ do not build your plan around it.

The Toyota Collection in Cologne is the largest gathering of historic Toyota vehicles outside Japan: around six hundred cars covering the company's history from its first models in the 1950s through to racing and experimental prototypes. The collection belongs to Toyota's European headquarters, which is based in Cologne. That headquarters being here is no accident: Cologne is a centre of the western German car industry โ Ford Europe has been based here since the 1920s โ and Toyota chose the city for its European operations and its rally team, which won the world rally championship from here. The essential constraint is practical: the collection is not a museum with daily hours but opens on specific and very limited days through the year, usually by advance booking or as part of events. Anyone wanting to see it must plan around its schedule rather than the reverse โ check the website before building any plan around it.
