One of the largest indoor theme parks in the world, opened in 2011 inside the Trans Studio complex in Bandung, with every ride under one roof, so it is unaffected by the rain that often falls on the city. It is a favourite with visiting families, especially with children. The park is divided into worlds themed on film studios, adventure and fantasy, with roller coasters and thrill rides for adults, gentle rides for little ones, live shows and a theatre. Next door is the large mall with restaurants and shops, and a connected hotel. An all-rides ticket starts from about two hundred and fifty thousand rupiah and varies between weekdays and weekends, with frequent online offers. Allow half a day to a full day, and arrive at opening on a weekday to avoid queues. It is an excellent choice for a rainy day in Bandung.
