An amusement park in southwestern France near the town of Agen, the largest in the region between Bordeaux and Toulouse. The park is mid-sized by European standards: dozens of rides split between small children's attractions, roller coasters, water rides and shows. It is not on the scale of Europe's major parks, and that should be clear before making the journey. What makes it useful is geography: southwestern France is a wide region with few family options of this kind, and this is the only one near for anyone staying in Bordeaux or the surrounding area. It matters to know it is not in Bordeaux: about a hundred and thirty kilometres southeast, needing a car — public transport access is difficult and impractical. Entirely seasonal: open spring to autumn with hours differing month to month, and it may open only a few days a week outside peak. Check the calendar before planning.

Near Agen, about 130 km southeast of Bordeaux
Far smaller than either, and you should not expect the same standard. PortAventura in Spain and Disneyland Paris are vast complexes needing two days or more. This is a mid-sized regional park that one day covers, and its value is its proximity to southwestern France rather than its scale.
Very difficult. The park is in the countryside between Bordeaux and Agen with no regular public transport. The nearest station is Agen, and you would need a taxi from there — costly and unreliable for the return. Without a car, look for another option.
