A tropical forest on the hills directly behind Yalong Bay, climbed by the park's buses on winding mountain roads through dense trees up to a summit about 450 metres high that looks out over the whole bay and its white sand. Its best-known sight is the «Dragon Crossing» suspension bridge, a 168-metre bridge of steel cables swaying about 40 metres above the valley and billed as Hainan's longest and highest, along with boardwalks and viewing decks among the trees. The park became famous after the Chinese comedy «If You Are the One 2» was filmed here in 2010; the film made the wooden «Bird's Nest» villas perched on the slopes well known, and they now operate as a resort where you can stay. Tickets are about CNY 158 from October to April and about CNY 140 from May to September, including the park bus both ways, with opening from 8:00 to 18:00, per visitor guides. The bus ride up is compulsory, and the swaying bridge is not for anyone afraid of heights.
