A quiet garden on a hillside east of downtown Baguio, in the shade of tall pines, where paths and stone steps wind among mountain plants, ferns and flowers. It is one of the city's oldest gardens and a place where residents come to walk in the cool air. The garden has little bridges, ponds and benches among the trees, and it holds examples of the traditional houses of the Cordillera peoples, raised on posts under tall thatched roofs. It is less crowded than Burnham Park and suits an hour of quiet walking, especially in the morning, when light filters through the pines and the mist has not yet lifted. The paths go up and down, with steps that can be slippery after rain, so wear comfortable shoes. A visit is usually combined with Wright Park and Mines View, which are on the same road.

Yes, it is quiet and shady, though its paths have steps up and down. A pushchair can be awkward in places.
