A group of five curving glass towers opposite Emirates Palace at the western end of the Abu Dhabi Corniche, with offices, apartments and a hotel. They cost about 2.5 billion dirhams to build, and the hotel in Tower 1 opened in 2011. Tower 1 is 277 metres high with 69 floors, and Tower 2 is one of the tallest buildings in Abu Dhabi. The five towers, with their curving blue lines, appear in most photos of the city skyline, especially from the Emirates Palace beach, and scenes from the film «Furious 7» were shot here. On the 74th floor of Tower 2 is the «Observation Deck at 300», about 300 metres up, looking over Emirates Palace, the Corniche, the Gulf and the islands. Visitors reach it from the hotel via a link between the towers, and a café up there serves tea and cakes. Tickets are about 95 AED including a food and drink credit of about 50 AED, per visitor guides. The hour before sunset is best; check times and prices before you go.
