Miločer Park is a wide coastal garden near Sveti Stefan, around a villa that was once a summer residence of the Yugoslav royal family. Travel sources give it 18 hectares of exotic trees and shady paths, between two small bays and green mountains. The Karađorđević royal family created the residence and garden in the 1930s, with one source dating the villa to 1934–1936, and it is linked with Queen Marija. It is now part of the Aman Sveti Stefan resort, which closed for five years over a beach dispute. Villa Miločer reopened on 22 May 2026 and the island on 1 July 2026. You walk under a long stone pergola covered in vines, with a green lawn and a villa of pale stone ahead. Paths curve between large cypresses and pines. At the end of the garden the bay opens with green and blue water, a small wooded islet at its tip. The park is 0.5 km in a straight line north of Sveti Stefan and 5.2 km south-east of Budva. According to 2026 reports, Queen's Beach stays exclusive to resort guests, and King's Beach is open to non-guests through expensive paid sunbeds. We could not confirm the terms for entering the garden itself, so ask at the gate. Dress modestly away from the beach.
