Adagio Haussmann is an aparthotel at the western end of Boulevard Haussmann in the 8th arrondissement, near Miromesnil. Every unit has an equipped kitchen — the same formula that makes this kind of stay useful for Muslim families: cooking in the room instead of hunting daily for a halal restaurant. An important correction about the location: although the address is on Boulevard Haussmann, the department stores — Galeries Lafayette and Printemps — sit at the far end of that boulevard in the 9th, about a quarter of an hour on foot or one metro stop away. The hotel is in fact closer to the Champs-Élysées and the Élysée Palace than to the stores. That does not diminish the location so much as clarify it: you are in a relatively quiet business district in the middle of the 8th, with excellent transport and a sensible walk to the Champs-Élysées. The standard is practical and functional as the category implies: reasonable space, decent basic equipment, and no claim to luxury. The logical choice for a longer stay where you want independence and a controlled cost.

It can, but its real value shows on longer stays where the kitchen genuinely helps. For two nights a conventional hotel closer to the sights may serve you better.
