A 60-metre observation wheel on the Central waterfront, opened in 2014, with 42 air-conditioned gondolas including a VIP gondola with a glass floor, and now a familiar part of the harbour skyline. A ride lasts about 15 minutes, with several turns of the wheel and changing views: the skyscrapers of Central, Victoria Harbour and its ferries, the Kowloon skyline across the water and Victoria Peak behind the city. It stands next to the Central ferry piers with a waterfront park around it, so it pairs easily with a Star Ferry crossing to Tsim Sha Tsui. Adult tickets are about HK$20, per visitor guides. The best ride is after sunset, when the wheel and the towers around it light up; queues are longer at weekends.
