An open-air street market along Tung Choi Street in busy Mong Kok, one of the most densely populated districts on earth, with more than a hundred stalls packed side by side under colourful awnings for about a kilometre. Despite the name it isn't only for women: there are clothes, bags, accessories, watches, souvenirs, toys and phone cases at cheap prices, and haggling is expected and part of the fun. Around it are Mong Kok's noisy streets with their neon signs, electronics shops and sneaker stores, and the Goldfish Market and Flower Market are close by, so you can combine them in one walk. Entry is free and the stalls open from around noon until about 11 pm, per visitor guides; it is liveliest in the evening when the signs light up. Bargain calmly, watch your belongings in the crowds, and check street food ingredients, as pork is common.
