Sky100 is a 360-degree indoor observation deck on the 100th floor of the International Commerce Centre in West Kowloon, near Kowloon station. It looks over Hong Kong Island, Victoria Harbour and the Kowloon Peninsula, with Tai Mo Shan behind, and is one of the highest points visitors can reach in the city. Sun Hung Kai Properties chose the name from 3,000 entries in a contest held in May 2010, and the deck opened on 17 April 2011. It stands 393 m up, according to the lift displays, with The Ritz-Carlton just two floors above. The trip starts on the second floor, where fast lifts climb to the 100th floor in about a minute. Up top are a blue corridor with an illuminated floor mimicking a city map, windows all round, a cafe and digital telescopes that show recorded views from clear days. The harbour lies below you with its boats, and the island's lights come on at sunset. It is 300 m in a straight line from M+, so the two fit a half day. The hour before sunset is finest, showing you both day and night. Check the weather before buying, as fog can hide the view completely. Sources differ on hours, from about 10 or 11 am to 8 or 8.30 pm, so check the site.

No, it is indoors, so it works in heat and rain as long as visibility is good.
