Singapore's largest visual arts venue, housed in two historic buildings that are national monuments, the former Supreme Court with its green dome and the former City Hall with its classical columns, together covering 64,000 square metres. It holds more than 9,000 works of art from Singapore and Southeast Asia, from the nineteenth century to today, one of the region's most important collections of modern art. A modern suspended glass roof links the two buildings, some galleries keep old features such as the courtrooms, and a rooftop garden and restaurants look out over the Padang and Marina Bay. Tickets for non-residents are S$20, daily 10:00–19:00, per the official site. The rooftop alone is worth a visit for its skyline views.
