A theme park within Resorts World Sentosa on Sentosa Island, one of five Universal Studios parks in the world and the second in Asia, with 24 rides, shows and attractions across seven themed zones. Each zone takes you somewhere different: Hollywood, New York, Sci-Fi City, Ancient Egypt, the Lost World with its dinosaurs, Madagascar, and Far Far Away with Shrek's famous castle, plus street shows and characters. Its best-known rides are the duelling Battlestar Galactica roller coasters and the 3D Transformers ride, with gentle rides for young children and a range of restaurants including halal options. Tickets start from about S$83 for adults on weekdays, per visitor guides, and cost more at weekends and holidays. Allow a full day and arrive at opening to beat the long queues.
