Yes, in all the main pools, indoor and outdoor, and the area is mixed and completely ordinary. The only exception is the upper sauna floor, which is clothing-free, but it is separate with its own entrance and you will not pass through it if you stay downstairs.
Caracalla is a modern bath with large pools requiring a costume, suited to families and to spending hours. The Friedrichsbad is historic and smaller, a fixed circuit of stages, entered entirely without clothing. They stand next to each other. For most Arab visitors: Caracalla.
Yes — the minimum age is seven, and there is a current pool and water jets that children enjoy. It is not a leisure pool with slides but a calm mineral bath, though it works well for a family and two or three hours pass easily.

The Caracalla Therme is a modern mineral bath in central Baden-Baden, using the hot water that has risen from the ground here since Roman times. It has indoor and outdoor pools at different temperatures, water jets, currents and a circular pool, and an outdoor area that stays warm even in winter. An important point for families: the main pools require a swimming costume and are mixed and entirely ordinary, like any swimming pool. That makes it the suitable choice for most Arab visitors, unlike the neighbouring Friedrichsbad, which is entered without clothing. But note: the upper sauna floor is clothing-free. It is completely separate and can simply be ignored by staying downstairs.
