Yes — by a wide margin the best family option in Granada. Almost everything is designed to be operated by hand, and the outdoor areas are large and safe. It suits every age from small children to teenagers.
Half a day minimum, a full day with children who want to try everything. The site is far larger than it appears from the entrance, and there is a restaurant inside so you need not leave.
Partly. Many exhibits work without language at all, being hands-on, but the panels are mainly Spanish with English in some sections. There is nothing in Arabic. This matters less than it might, since the point is doing rather than reading.

The Parque de las Ciencias in Granada is a large interactive science museum, among the biggest in Spain. It spreads over a wide site of buildings and outdoor gardens, and its exhibits are designed to be worked by hand. Sections cover physics, astronomy, the human body and the environment, and there is a planetarium, an observation tower and a tropical butterfly house where they fly freely around you. Outside are large-scale hands-on experiments about water, energy and motion. It is the best option in Granada for families with children, particularly after a tiring day at the Alhambra and in the Albaicín. It needs at least half a day.
